Some of the leaders who make up New Mossley Presbyterian Church

Gareth is from Carrickfergus and came to faith as a child in Rathcoole Presbyterian, where he attended until he was called into ministry. He is married to Jenna and they have two kids – Anna and Ezra. Gareth studied at Union Theological College for three years and then served his assistantship in Gardenmore Presbyterian Church in Larne. He was ordained and installed to New Mossley in January 2022. His passion is to reach out into the community and share the love of Jesus, so that others can have their lives changed. Outside of church life, you will find Gareth obsessing about football (usually following Linfield), spending time with family or having a BBQ!

Chris is from New Mossley and came to faith as an 18 year old in New Mossley Presbyterian Church. He is married to Laura and they have son called Jonathan. Chris studied Sport at Belfast Metropolitan College and Theology at Belfast Bible College. He has a real passion for sharing the gospel and for using sport to bring people together. He loves finding ways to combine the two to build relationships and create meaningful opportunities for connection and sharing the love of Christ.
